DELIVERY & PACKAGING

Clear responsibilities. Traceable delivery.

Packing, documents and transport are agreed for your actual order. The quote explains what PhytoCura coordinates and what the importing or receiving party handles.

Before dispatch

Agree the exact material, lot or reservation plan, packing, quantities, source records and destination document set.

Packing & collection

The authorized supplier prepares, labels and seals the goods. Collection takes place at the supplier’s dispatch facility under the agreed instructions.

Who handles freight?

Your quotation states the delivery basis and responsibility for main carriage, insurance, export, import, customs charges and taxes.

Shipment documents

Depending on the transaction: commercial invoice, packing list, lot COA, specification, origin and safety records, transport document and required filings or certificates.

On receipt

Check seals, packaging, quantity and lot details. Follow the inspection, acceptance and discrepancy process in the agreed order documents.

Traceability throughout

Distributor branding does not replace required manufacturer or lot information. Any document or label must describe the actual material and parties accurately.
